1. Company Financial Information
- Last three (3) years of financial statements.
- Current interim / year to date financial if more than 3 months since last full year statement.
- Last three (3) years of tax returns.
2. Owner / Principle Financial Information (Please list all owners / principles that apply)
- Personal financial / net worth statements.
- Last three (3) years of personal tax returns
3. Vendor Information
- Full vendor contact information (address, phone #’s, email & website addresses, contact person, etc.)
- Complete list of equipment with descriptions and costs. Please include shipping, installation, training and any maintenance agreement costs.
4. Additional / Helpful Information if Applicable
- Are there any pending / outstanding / potential contracts that are related to this project / need of funds?
- Are there any additional sources (individuals, companies, banks, government/state, etc.) that would be willing to guarantee and/or partner with you on this project? Please provide full contact information (address, phone #’s, email and website addresses, contact person, etc.).
- Are there any large projects in the past that might be recognized locally / nationally / globally under this company or any of its owners?
- Are there any advertising materials on the company that can be included (propaganda, pamphlets, brochures, etc.)?
- Are there any advertising materials on the equipment and or vendor that can be included (propaganda, pamphlets, brochures, etc.)?
- A copy of a driver’s license, personal ID or passport (something with a picture) on all owners / principles of the company that are involved or apply to this transaction / project would be appreciated.
- To insure that all documents are legible, we request that this information be sent by e-mail or mail courier rather than faxing if possible.
The Application
Approval time is greatly improved if the application is filled out completely. Some key areas are (a) bank reference, complete with phone numbers, account numbers and the name of a contact person, and (b) three trade references.
Trade references should be someone with whom you are presently doing business, or have done business on a charge basis (i.e. suppliers, other lease companies, fuel, feed, etc.).
Be sure to include phone numbers and the name of a contact person. It is very helpful if the applicant tells his references that we will be calling (especially the banker) and asks them to cooperate in providing the information we request to process the lease application.

- $10,000 - $75,000
- Three years in business -- $10,000 to $34,999
- Five years in business -- $35,000 to $74,999
- Clean personal credit history
Approval Guidelines
- Applicant must have good credit history
- Positive banking relationship
- Cash flow to support the request
- Equipment must be for farm or business use
